Park Slope.

This long-time Park Slope couple were finally empty-nesters and wanted a refresh of their townhouse’s parlor floor interior design to reflect their grown-up aesthetic and lively personalities. To showcase their love of art, we worked with their friend and artist, Laurie Olinder, to create a bespoke wallpaper on a grand scale to make a bold impact in the entry and parlor. The seating area is a serene yet inviting mix of subtle neutrals and rich jewel tones—with chandeliers that add just enough glitz and glam to make every day feel like a party.

The kitchen design got an update, as well: Freshly painted cabinets, a modern tiled backsplash, new countertops in a mix of rich walnut and durable quartz, and a sleek stainless range hood. Finally, we treated the powder bath to a hot pink wall color that gives the existing tile and fixtures a cheeky new attitude.
